This App is provided by Nexa Solutions to connect your Zid store with Odoo. Contact: support@nexa-solutions.com.

2. Data we process

• Zid account data — OAuth identifiers and tokens when you install or authorize the App.
• Store / commerce data — orders, products, customers, categories, payment methods you sync.
• Subscription data — plan name/status from Zid App Market for Basic/Plus features.
• Odoo connection details — URL, database, company, warehouse, API credentials you enter.
• Technical logs — timestamps and errors needed to operate and secure the service.
• Support messages — if you contact us by email.

3. How we use data

We use this data to run sync/webhooks, authenticate stores, enforce plans, improve reliability, comply with law, and support you. We do not sell personal data.

4. Storage and security

Tokens and Odoo credentials are encrypted at rest with restricted access. Retention follows operational and legal needs. Contact us for deletion/export where applicable.

5. Third parties

The App relies on Zid and Odoo. Their policies apply to their services. We may use hosting/email/queue providers under confidentiality terms.

6. Your rights

Email support@nexa-solutions.com to exercise applicable rights. You can also revoke the App from Zid App Market.
